Swiss-Belhotel Tuban Bali Kuta , Kuta (Bali)

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly. The location was convenient, being in the area of Tuban, just a short distance from the airport. The dining options were varied and of high quality, although some improvements could be made to the service quality.

The hotel is situated in a calm area, about 7 minutes away from Tuban, offering a peaceful environment. The rooms provide a great shower experience and a lovely pool view, but the absence of an outside balcony may be a drawback. The service, while pleasant, might lack some training in customer care. The dining options are varied, complemented by crispy thin fries. The location is convenient for accessing popular restaurants and the Discovery Shopping Mall.
